PRODUCTION NOTES: "B.S." April 13th 2000 S01E01

Welcome to the first edition of "B.S." on YouTube, where we take classic episodes of "B.S." and modify them in order to be able to be viewed on YouTube without either causing trouble with people who worked on the show in the past who may have "grown out of it," or may cause issues with YouTube's stance on copyright. The original versions will soon be available.

In this premiere episode of "B.S.":

- Sledge tries to get some interviews with the cast and crew,

- Johnny tries to conquer Wrestlemania 2000 on the N64,

- Cro can't get over Britney

- And Tri... tries.

- Also, we get some details of what happened when Cro MET Britney... Oh "yit."

The full episode is coming soon! Stay tuned for the update!

What has been edited out:

- The Intro - which can be seen here for YouTube Copyright Bullshit

- In the "Cro Dreaming 'Bout Brit" skit, it was originally Britney's version of "Oops... I Did It Again" that was used. Actually, I think this works out even better.

UPDATE! Here's the FULL uncut episode!

Behind the Scenes Notes:

Sadly, I don't remember too much about the behind the scenes of this first episode... other than it was the most fun I had production-wise up until that time.

The whole "Johnny gets mad at Wrestlemania 2000" bit was grounded in reality... JOHNNY REALLY DID GET THAT MAD! In fact, I'm not sure he was aware WHY I was recording him play!

Same goes for the Britney bit. Cro was indeed a huge Britney Spears fan at the time. Now... not so much.

Finally I had to get Tri in on the action as well. Here, he's continuing his bit that originated from ShockWave Wrestling as the post-"WP's Number 1 Fan" who is trying to re-adjust to society after his brutal brainwashing at the hands of the Master. The song he sings is the song that would often get him roles in local plays, "On the Street Where You Live."

Oh yeah, the end-credit "Cornbawawal Show" thing. We used to like to lightly rib the cast and crew of WP at the time, one such person being Commissioner Bear (or as we would oh-so-cleverly write "Comishuner Baer"). So I don't remember exactly who he was talking to, but he apparently said this to someone about this upcoming first "B.S." so, there ya go! We would always lambaste the way he would talk or enunciate. We were great human beings!

Stay tuned, for next time, we'll have the SECOND episode of the first run of "B.S."!

Hasta.

Chris "Sledge" Douglas
